General guidelines.
A private, research-based and field-tested leadership experience for 4–6 leaders. A new, intensely practical operating methodology. You’ll operate as a small team, execute time-boxed missions, decide with imperfect data, and hold Operating Intent when pressure spikes. We don’t teach this on slides—we install the High-Performance Team (HPT) operating algorithm through action. Not a seminar. Not a retreat. No spectators, no “correct answers”. Only decisions, consequences and standards. Not for the mainstream. For the few who demand more—and raise the bar.
What we add to what you already have.
You as an owner / founder / C-level…, you’re not short on leadership knowledge; you’re short on a place to test it properly. The HPT Game gives you that: a private, high-pressure arena with 4–6 leaders, no spectators, and no “safe” answers. In your first week back, you will:

– run a totally different 20-minute debrief after one key operation;

In your first month back, you will:
– run one live HPT pass on a real situation;
– assign one ambiguity per leader and review outcomes;
– have more time for your direct responsibilities, as the HPT system will gradually start showing results.

LOGISTICS (SIMPLE, BY DESIGN)
– Location: Latvia (EU).
– Exact meeting point and start time in Riga are provided upon acceptance. Arriving on time is part of the experience. The 3 days start there and end at the same point.
– Safety: pressure is real; risk is controlled. No extreme sports. No public humiliation.:
– Privacy: participation is kept private by design.
– Phones: limited access during the 3-day experience.
Flow: Fly in / arrive → report to the Riga rendezvous (Friday) → 3 days → return to the same point (Sunday).

FAQ (short)
I don’t have an invite — can I still join?
Yes — you can request an invitation by sharing your “why?” Selection is strict and not guaranteed; we review weekly. If there’s fit, you’ll receive a 15-min private ZOOM call. If not, we’ll reply with a brief reason for the decline — we’re looking for leaders whose values and attitudes match the standard.
What makes a strong “why”?
Be specific and concise: why this, why now, and what decision/pressure context you want to test (one line is enough). Titles and logos don’t decide — fit, readiness and ethics do.
Why Latvia?
Neutral, private, efficient. Riga is a 1–3h flight from most European hubs.
How physical is it?
Leadership-heavy; moderate movement only. The pressure is cognitive and decisional.
Is it safe?
Yes. The pressure is real, the risk is controlled. No extreme sports, no public humiliation.
Will my participation be public?
No — we keep it private by design (before / during / after the program).
Do you pick me up at the airport or my hotel?
No. We use one rendezvous point in Riga to begin and end the experience. Punctuality at that point is part of The Game.
Where is the rendezvous point?
Shared after acceptance. Easy to reach by taxi or ride-share.
What if I’m late?
If you’re late, you miss the start. We don’t hold or restart the experience. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
How do I get the coin?
You don’t “get” it — you earn it. If your team finishes above The HPT Game baseline, each participant may be awarded the coin by peer decision.
Can everyone in a winning team get the coin?
The coin is awarded individually. A winning team is a prerequisite, but peers decide who has earned it.
Do I have to bring anything?
We’ll send a short kit list after acceptance.
